Terms of Service
Please carefully read and review our operational terms, user agreements, and acceptable use policies before deploying VPN Worlds infrastructure.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up and using the Services provided by VPN Worlds, you agree to the terms of this Service Terms and Conditions which constitutes to be a binding agreement between us and you.
If you do not agree to be bound by and comply with all of the terms of this Agreement, you may not register with us or use our Services in any manner whatsoever. This agreement encompasses all VoIP communications, Softswitch solutions, bandwidth optimization tools, and reseller portals provided by VPN Worlds.
2. Service Availability & Limitations
The VoIP service is provided as a best-effort service. While our network is engineered for extreme resilience, you acknowledge that service will not function during a power outage and may not function during network congestion.
Furthermore, where you use a Third Party Network and/or your own equipment in relation to the VoIP Services you shall be responsible for securing adequate quality of service and/or firewall rules to ensure that sufficient bandwidth and connection speed is available for routing.
3. Equipment and Licensing Ownership
All VoIP system telephone licences howsoever made available to you, shall remain our property at all times.
- You shall not be entitled to sell, share or transfer in anyway the VoIP licences to or with any third party without obtaining our prior written consent.
- Unless purchased, all equipment, modems, subscriber modules, antennas and standard mounting equipment will at all times remain the property of Voice Telecom (operating as VPN Worlds).
- Subscriber may not sell, transfer, lease, encumber or assign all or part of the equipment to any third party.
4. Account Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to provide true, accurate and complete business information and to promptly update any of the information if it changes. Failure to maintain accurate billing records may result in the suspension of your switching account.
Customer shall be responsible for the confidentiality and use of such user identifications and/or passwords and shall immediately notify VPN Worlds if there has been an unauthorized release, use or other compromise of any user identification or password. VPN Worlds assumes no liability for fraudulent traffic generated as a result of compromised client credentials.
5. Revisions and Modifications
The terms and conditions of this Agreement and the pricing are subject to periodic revisions.
Any change thereafter shall be notified on the Website and deemed given and effective on the date posted. Continued use of VPN Worlds networks and optimization infrastructure following any such modifications strictly constitutes your acceptance of the newly revised terms.
